You are welcome to tour with a scheduled appointment or as a walk-in during our office hours. No appointment is necessary during office hours, but scheduling in advance ensures a leasing team member is available for a personalized tour. To be ready to apply after your tour, you may also want to bring government ID, access to your proof of income and a payment method for application fees.
Applicants typically need to demonstrate a combined monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and a satisfactory credit history. Contact our leasing team for our specific qualification criteria.
Each applicant is required to have a US bank account. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, a current employment offer letter, or the most recent individual federal tax return. Financial statements demonstrating liquid assets may also be accepted.
All applicants 18 years of age or older are required to apply and qualify independently. If a co-applicant does not meet qualification criteria, a co-signer or guarantor may be an option. Please speak with our leasing team to explore the best path forward.
